For an "extra" workout, I chose one of the Plyo program workouts, and it was one with one-minute's worth of double-unders each circuit. Question for all the double-under beasts: Are any of you actually doing unbroken DU's for a full minute? I did 50 consecutive and then just reg bounce for the last 30 seconds, which felt like a lot. I guess next time I try to get 55; once I can do that, try to get 60, etc.? Just curious if anyone is already crushing this, as it seems like a lot!!!

Week 8 Day 1 of SN. 4-minute sets followed by lotsa push-ups. Tough but it’s fun to see progress! Nothing is impossible! Let’s get at it! 💪❤️🔥🫶

Just did W7D4. Funny how at this point in the program, these workouts are always one more circuit than I think they're going to be which really pushes me. Just as it should be! Happy Friday, gang!

I jumped in my rooftop in the rain. Honestly it was cooling and nice. Even though it’s a steady rain out there, it wasn’t windy and no thunder/lightning or I wouldn’t do it. But for anyone wanting to jump on the rain, I always put my phone in a ziploc baggie. The buttons still work through the plastic and it works fine. Happy Monday, gang!

Short on time this morning so worked out on the rooftop here in Brooklyn instead of running to the park like usual. Was fun! Maybe my neighbors thought it was less fun lol. Have a great day, people!

Back in nyc for a while and omg it’s soooooo hot. 75 and humid with no breeze at 6:30 in the morning. But started week 6 of Shredded Ninja and got it done. ❤️❤️

Wow this workout was a hell of a lot of push-ups. The good news is I’m getting stronger and stronger and was able to do them all. Let’s go!!! 💪🫶
