Month 3 Day 3 JRD Max 2nd time through. The push-ups kinda killed me today for some reason! But I did it, and I'm feeling great. Let's get it, friends! Let's do our best!

Just got into the 2nd week of Month 3. I gotta say, I'm loving it. It's all so challenging but also incredibly fun. I'm having a blast, and my fitness gains are noticeable. Have a great day, everyone!

Month 3 is no joke, folks! Sheesh! Kudos to all of you who've completed this program! I am loving it and definitely feeling challenged in the best of ways. Scared of tomorrow's ladder. Yikes!

I was very jealous of Dan's outdoor workout today. We're blanketed in the Canadian wildfire smoke here in Vermont today, so I am lucky that I can work out in my basement! Enjoyed today's EMOM. Let's get it, peeps!

Last time through doing this workout with the pull-ups and chin-ups. And you know what I hate doing? Pull-ups and chin-ups lol. But you know what I enjoy? Seeing how much better I've gotten at them. And as Dan says, how do you get better at doing pull-ups and chin-ups? BY DOING PULL-UPS AND CHIN-UPS. So let's do it!

For all of you have finished JRD Max, what kinds of fitness gains have you seen in yourself? Not talking about the scale necessarily, although feel free to share that too.

I'm on my final week of Month 2, and I can see noticeable even if subtle changes. Definitely I have more definition in my chest and back, and also I have several times accidentally gone to a tighter beltloop thinking it was my usual one. So while the scale for me currently is not changing much (which is fine and not my goal in this moment), my body shape is definitely improving with this program and I'm loving it.

Back in Vermont for, I hope, the rest of the summer. Working out here is much different than feeding off all the energy in Prospect Park in Brooklyn so I’m glad I have my virtual workout buddy Dan to get sweaty with me! Let’s do it!
