5-miler through the Brooklyn streets. Was feeling kinda crummy this morning but now I feel great and my run was infinitely easier than it used to feel, all thanks to these JRD workouts. Let’s keep at it, friends!

Went hard today. Was only smiling because I hadn’t yet remembered that I still had to jog 1.5 mikes back to my apartment haha. Have a great day, peeps!

Back to skipping around workouts again while my pec heals up. I did the EMOM from Month 2 JRD Max and that was fun, and then also ran a few miles on the treadmill just because I felt like it and had the time. My weight was below 170 this morning for the first time in seriously at least ten years. How cool is that? Have a great day, friends!

Pec hurting again this morning, so push-ups and pull-ups out of the equation for me until i get this sorted. Again. I skipped ahead and did the DU gauntlet from Month 3 Day 2 which is a beast. Let's crush it, peeps!

Finally warm enough to run in shorts even though there’s still snow on the mountains (you can see it behind me in the first photo). It’s remarkable how all the core strength and quad strength I’ve gained from JRD workouts has made me a much faster and stronger runner. And running up and down Vermont hills is no joke! Back to jumping tomorrow! 💪💪❤️❤️😎😎

Just did Month 1 Day 5 of JRD Max. Did all the push-ups, which I am very proud of! The key for me was just to turn off my brain completely (easier for some of us than others haha) and hit the floor and pound out the push-ups the second the buzzer sounded. No thinking! Sweat was flying! Happy Friday, everyone. Have a great weekend.
