Day 3 of shredded ninja. Trying to conquer this bad boy pull-up bar! Gave it my best. Still doing 90% inverse pull-ups but hoping this program helps me with my literal weak spots here. Always working hard to improve inch by inch. Let’s do it! 💪💪❤️❤️

Day 2 of shredded ninja. Was a fun one. New scale benchmark: 170 even this morning. That makes 28 pounds I’ve lost since February with the help of this app and this community. Thanks JRDs! Let’s get it! Now prob have maybe five more pounds to go and tryna get riiiiiipppped lol. 💪💪🤓🤓

Oof

Tried working out this morning for the first time in two weeks after having been sick. Made it through 10 minutes of a workout before my body was like noooooooo. Frustrating. But I’m going to start easing my way back in. Still not 100% (still on antibiotics) so maybe should’ve waited another day or two but I’m eager to get back. Glad to see you all crushing it!

Oh maaaaaan whatever bug I've had has laid me flat for the last 10 days! (Was neg for RSV, flu, and the vid, so it's just some other rando bug going around.) Def have turned a corner this morning and hoping I'll be back at it midweek this week. Wish me luck! I can't remember the last time I haven't worked out for this long! On the bright side, it gave all my aches and pains time to fully heal so I'll be starting fresh. Glad to see you all crushing it!

Was in bed sick all weekend (I have taken roughly 724 covid tests that have all been neg, so I think it's just a bad cold). Here's hoping I'll be back to our workouts soon, as I miss them already, especially after feeling like I had such a strong week last week. Such is life! Happy Monday to you all!

Loved just doing Wednesday’s leg workout. Quads are burning, glutes fired up, felt powerful exploding out of each jumping lunge. Feeling strong this week. Let’s go, peeps! ❤️😎🤞💪
