Set my record of 15 DUs with no mess-ups (three small hops between each). Did 10 a couple of times too. Then kept going after 50 bc I felt like I was getting it down. My form is improving and I’m finally feeling the rhythm of it. I’m an old dog who hates new tricks but I’m also incredibly stubborn so I will conquer this! We all will! 💪😎🤓

Managed 10 DUs twice with no mess-ups (three little hops between each double). Which felt like massive progress. Once I can get through 25 with no mess-ups I’ll try some consecutive ones. Did bent over rows again today but my pull-up bar arrived today. Pumped for that. Have a great day, everyone! 💪✌🏻

Photo is from a gorgeous day yesterday afternoon here in Vermont. Right now I’m sweaty and breathing hard. Managed a few DUs in each set, usually three or four. Most I did was six. Never consecutive, always a few hops between. Never got through the DU sets with no mess-ups. I know what I’m doing wrong and trying to fix it. Will practice a bit now and focus on the fact that last time I did this workout I did zero DUs so I’m improving.

Did bent over rows instead of pull- ups / chin-ups today. My new pull-up bar arrives Tuesday! Big improvement on the DU’s. Did 8 without messing up w four small jumps between each. Did 5 another time. I feel like I land the big jump like a sack of potatoes. Need to stay light on my feet! Ha. Completed over 25 in all but it took a while. We will get there!

This was a disaster. I managed one double under. Also I stink at run in place but trying to improve. Basically I just whipped myself with my rope a million times from all the mess- ups. I guess the good news is I can only improve. Will practice a bit now and shake this off.

The good news is I found a little fitness park with a pull-up bar a 15-minute drive from my house. The bad news is I learned I can’t do a single pull-up and managed only two chin-ups each circuit. Second piece of bad news: I have not achieved a single double under although I sure have whipped the heck out of myself trying. Feeling sort of humiliated honestly! Will keep trying!

225 regular push-ups in 30 minutes. No knee push-ups today. Stopped at 30 minutes bc I’m having some soreness almost like a pulled muscle in my right pec. Yesterday some Aleve took care of it but I don’t wanna get injured. If I have time today I’m going to go buy a pull-up bar to add to the home gym since I see pull-ups and chin-ups are on the menu for June! Let’s get it!

Did every workout this month. Today I ended up doing 200 push-ups (vast majority knee push-ups), 20 in the warm-up and 180 with lots of little breaks post-workout. Happy weekend, everyone!!

Agree with Lindsay. Enjoyed this! After so many minute-long intervals this month, it feels fun to hit 30-second ones super hard. Sweat was flying and there may or may not have been some robot-dancing during the minute breaks between circuits. Be glad I cannot post video yet haha. 😎🤓
