Appreciated Dan’s vid about mental health yesterday. While it’s not a serious struggle in my life, it is at least a little bit of an issue for all of us at points in our lives. Particularly right now for me. Read into that what you will! But one thing that always makes us feel better is being active, getting out of our heads, into our bodies, and strengthening both. Did a particularly tough workout today and wanted to give up but powered through and ended up performing better than any other time I’d done it before. So let’s keep at it, friends!

Rough week here. But I realized two things this week: I’ve never done JRD90 so I’m doing it! Also…I’ve put some pounds back on by stress-eating and drinking. So now it’s back to paying more attention to diet. Fun to have a goal and take my mind off of other things!

Challenge might be over but the thing-doing must go on. 4,500 skips here in Brooklyn then practiced my sideswipes a bit because tbh they still suck lol.
