Just popping in to say hey. Just finished W5D2 of JRD90 which is a fun one. I've also been trying to get 10,000 steps in every day, which is harder than it sounds when I work at home and sit at a desk all day, but I'm determined! : )

W4D2 of JRD90. Had the time and the energy, so did it twice to get to 7,000 skips for the day. Gonna jog on the treadmill for a bit as a cooldown. Let’s burn some middle-age fat off of me! ❤️❤️

W3D3 of JRD90, which is ladders with Brandon. It's a funny one for anyone who works out in public. So many people getting all up in his business, little kids literally standing right in front of him so he can't jump, a bro using the public park for his own workout who keeps standing unnecessarily close to Brandon while he's skipping and getting in the vid, etc. I often have this kind of experience when I work out in Prospect Park in Brooklyn, so it made me laugh. But more importantly...got it done! 5,000 skips for the day.

W2D5 of JRD90. Did the ladders with Dan as prescribed with the 1/2-pounder. Then did three extra rounds with the 1/4-pounder. Obv I had some aggro I needed to get out in a positive way! Feeling good.
