This is rad! I turn 40 this week and when I was 28/29 I had a goal "30x30" --I wanted to do 30 slow and controlled push ups. It was really goal to have the goal tied to a day like that. I like your approach. Just get consistent! You got this!

What up Leonard?!?! I don't think there is a great answer for this.If you love the heavy ropes, use em, but if you you're feeling like "JRD90 workouts are easy, I need to use a heavy rope" you might have to take a step back. Jump rope is tough. Gimmie a rope (any rope) and 60 second timer and I'll show you a guy that's outta breath.You can push yourself with a heavy rope, or you can push yourself with a light rope. Whichever you choose, it doesn't matter, just make sure you're bringing your best to your workouts.
