I noticed the cardio aspect helps me with altitude too. 11000+ messes me up. It's not so bad on jump rope :)

a thing I like to do with DU's and workouts is to finish each round with DU's.. Soo if you are doing tabata... Maybe do DU's the last 3 seconds of each on period. Add a second when you can do the WHOLE circuit without tripping up and keep going. A while back, I trained for tabata. I did a progression: 10s on (DU only) and 20s off11s on (DU only) and 19s offAnd so on till was able to crush tabata "standard" with DU's only.

Stefan -- I feel like you and I have gone round for round with this in years past. I'm too getting into a mean deficit. I've had to have the convo in my brain: If you are in a deficit, you're going to be hungry, that's okay. I gotta tell ya. I'm NOT okay with it. Saying the words over and over is certainly helping, but I'm uncomfortable. I've been really lenient with my fasts... breaking whenever, picking at the kid's food. I'm with ya man. If I stick to true 16/8 break at noon, I'll be doing myself a favor. Coffee for the win! lol lol

Hey Shelly - Steve here. so..... Here's the thing.1) Consistency > the program2) If you are consistent, you'll get results. Now... I like SN because it feels routine and sorta predictable, but it get more and more difficult. JRD90 is TOUGH, but it's not nearly as routine as SN, lotsa variety.Swole has more progressive body weight training and less jump rope (which can be great if you wanna burn fat and you're not really comfortable with 30 minute jump sessions). Back to number one... doesn't really matter all that much which you select as long as you CONSISTENTLY put in the work and eat to support your goals. Make sense?

Check ‘em out. I don’t care much for all the stats, but… I’m pretty excited about these :) https://www.crossrope.com/products/amp-jump-rope-handles/
