Look up “tibialas raises” - they will help. I also find that roiling my feet, shins, calves and quads can really help. Listen to that body. Shin splints isn’t something you “push” through.

My dude. Don’t rely on motivation. Just set a small daily standard. Today, I brushed my teeth. I didn’t really want to, but, I did. I’ll do it again tonight… tomorrow, Friday and so on. I just do it. I muster motivation and check in with myself. I want to have clean healthy teeth so I do what is necessary. Someone that wants to be fit/healthy/happy… what sorts daily commitments must they make?
