3 months of jumping added to the intermittent fasting and walking routines I was already doing helped me drop 10 lbs! I do the JRD WOD program. #dothething

I’ve done 3 weeks of JRD and lost 3 lbs. I’ve never peeled off a lb/week before. I’m so happy I started and can’t wait to see more changes!
