I’ve been doing IF for a couple years now. It takes a little time to get into the swing of things. I also log my meals in My Fitness Pal. It makes it so much easier to be aware of your intake, calories, macros, exercise, etc. One other trick that works when I’m struggling with hunger near noon is to have have something hot like coffee or tea. At least for me it helps with the hunger pangs.

3 months of jumping added to the intermittent fasting and walking routines I was already doing helped me drop 10 lbs! I do the JRD WOD program. #dothething

Great job! Don’t be discouraged - sounds like you are seeing results in the way your clothes fit. Muscle weighs more than fat so it may take a little time to see the difference on the scale. Another way to track progress is with a tape measure. Keep up the great work Corin!

I haven’t been able to do a double under yet so I’m really impressed that you’ve done a couple of them! Nice!
