Hi Folks, I completed W1 of JR + DB workout today. These 5 days have been the most consistent I have been with working out in a very very very long time. I don't know if next week I will be as consistent, but I am proud for having completed W1. Much love respect to this awesome community.

Day 02 - I was able to complete another day of the 10 min workout. These smaller duration workouts are great. I hope to build stamina to start with the JRD 90. Consistency is a challenge for me so working on building this habit of doing atleast 10 mins.

I was inspired after reading so many of the posts on this awesome community, to complete a 10 min beginner cardio workout.

Today was day 2 of the 15K jump challenge I had the choice of not doing my jumps but I had already rested yesterday so it was more of procrastination than anything else. Finally got around to 'Do The Thing' and feel much better having done it. 2K jumps done so far and 13K to go.
