Any new thing is hard to learn, and jump rope is no different. Do what you can during the workouts, take additional breaks if needed.

Do it everyday, every other day or what ever you body can recover from. But I would do the 7 days, even if it takes 14 days to get through, if you do the same workout you use the same muscles and the increases fatigue.

As long as you are honest with yourself when taking a rest day of skip a part of a workout, the you ONLY do it when you really need to and not just because you don’t feel like it 🙂 that way you are destined to succeed 💪🏻

Maybe try to open the apps in the other order. Sometimes the order of which the apps are opned can change what is possible 🤷🏻‍♂️

Best time to start jumping rope was 5-10-15-20-25 years ago (depending on your age) the second best time is NOW! 💪🏻

Don’t worry about what you’ve been missing out on, you’ve been blessed with the knowledge of jump rope now 🙏🏻

No experience with AMP but could you stream the workout to a screen and have the Crossrope app open to count jumps?

Know it requires a screen but just my first thought 💭
