Hi fam πŸ‘‹
Was luckily πŸ€ invited back in to the family a few weeks ago but haven gotten around to jumping yet. Dealing with IBS and not able to digest most carbs I’ve eaten literally 0g of carbs the last 8 weeks or so, and following this my body have been chronicle drained for energy.
Happy to say that the stomac is in recovery and some carbs are re-introduced and that already I feel more energised πŸ™πŸ»
Next week or so I’m going to do some recovery yoga/stretching to try at get back πŸ’ͺ🏻

β€˜Power Training’ yes! But only got 5 minuts into it and the knees told me to stop!
But the mix of 1 and 2 lbs rope is great, really puts you in the hot seat 😰guess 5 minuts of jumping is better that 5 more minuts on the couch 🀣

Morning fam πŸ‘‹

When my 4yr old daughter comes in early in the morning we can always cuddle and relax for a bit or so. But when the 9yr old German shepherd comes in at 4:24AM you got ONE ☝️ OPTION!

So despite having been a little fatigued this week we decided to go on a long walk. So here by 6AM got to 8.700 steps πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ and 87% of my daily goal 😁

Didn’t do the thing, but did a thing.

Agave a great day to all πŸ™πŸ»

Hi fam πŸ‘‹

So just got myself a good 30 min jump rope session during a break from the yard work πŸ™ˆ gotta say it was hard getting started as the family relaxed in the sun β˜€οΈ

But nonetheless πŸ’ͺ🏻 I got it in, and it’s just incredible how much better your feel afterwards. So now just chilling with some aminos to increase that recovery πŸ™πŸ»

Have a great Sunday πŸ™πŸ»

Hi fam πŸ‘‹

Been M.I.A. for a while, no posts, not even reading or responding to your posts. Hope you all are doing well and cruching your fitness goals.

Some of you might want to hear whats up with me, and to everyone else just skip this post 😁

A few thing have been holding me away;

  1. Digestive issues, with long periods of intestinal pains (still not over)

  2. Re-focusing on muscle building

  3. Starting a new business

... been getting back into jumping and gotta say I LOVE IT.

In other words prepare to see more of me in here, perhaps prepare for some of my "typical" long form post-response 😁

So basically I hope you'll take me back into the family πŸ™

Hi fam πŸ‘‹πŸ» Saturday morning (usually a rest day) got up at did day 5! Or at least some of it πŸ˜”

Had to stop midway through as the wrist pain got to big, even for swinging the rope… anyone tried some of these push-up grips that allows for a straight wrist? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Not the end to the week I was hoping for, and I’m actually gruelling for day 1 on Monday with all that push-up action πŸ™ˆ

Let’s see what a rest day can do.. Have a great weekend all πŸ™πŸ»

So took my wife out of town to a Michael BublΓ© concert so food, alcohol and chocolate went in to the system πŸ™ˆ so next few days are all about getting that processed..

But my god was a great night πŸ˜‚
