Hi fam 👋🏻
So the week only had me getting one jump rope session in (due to thinking I still am a teenager 😂) but it didn’t disrupt my step count.
Just got my walk on, not as effective as jumping but beats sitting on the couch 💪🏻
So if you haven’t, go #DoTheThing

Hi 👋🏻 fam…
So got a good workout in yesterday, and ended the day taking my daughter to her ‘farther-daughter gymnastics’.
Apparently 15 min of playing tag, with 6-7 kids (all needed to tag me of cause) jumping, skipping, faking left and going right 💪🏻 but that side lateral movements was not good for the knee..
So it’s gone be a few days before I’m picking up that rope again..
But the kids was happy 🙏🏻

Hi 👋🏻 fam…
It’s now 2023 and let’s get after it and set our baseline for the year to come.. 💪🏻
#DoTheThing which I did this morning.. had to go a little “back” and made myself a 15 on, 5 off program with a minute break every six reps.
It’s not the cardio 🫀 but the strain on my knees that needs some rest time during my session.. but we just gotta do what we can 💪🏻

Today I stumbled over some ancient wisdom that I feel is appropriate now that 2023 is closing is rapidly.
Hopefully you can take som from it to help you get into 2023 with a bang.
Seneca reminds us that fools all have one thing in common:
They are always getting ready to start.
They are always getting ready to change.
They are always getting ready to start the diet and exercise program. And then? And then? And then?
They never do. We don’t do the work.
Is that who you want to be? Is that who you are meant to be?
Of course not. Make this the year. This is the year you drive the bad habits out. This is the year you follow through.
This is the year you demand the best of and for yourself.

Hi 👋🏻 all..
So I’m, slowly, getting back from an injury by doing some 10-on / 10-off. Watching out for my knees…
Have been walking a lot so my cardiovascular 🫀 fitness is not as bad as expected, it’s actually hard “just” doing 10 sec. 😁
Might need to increase the jumping time a bit 🤔
Have a great day everyone 🙏🏻

Hi guys 👋🏻
So new to this platform but some of you might remember me from the Facebook group, and hopefully only for good things 🤞🏻
A quick introduction started jumping back in 2020 and actually lost about 50lbs despite ‘the-virus-you-know-which’ and most gains an additional few lbs.
Was fairly active in the Facebook group and think my insights and words helped a few along the way, and I’m hopi g to be able to do the same here 🙏🏻
