Hi fam 👋  sorry for the l o n g rant so make sure you got your ☕️ ready before reading on 😂

Just threw my name in the hat for the JRD Max transformation. For me its not winning any of the prices, it’s the ‘pressure’ to follow through.

This time around I’ve decided to track some body measurements along with my weight to what kind of progress I’m making. Going to check in four times once after each month.

Over all goal is to reduce waist circumference and shed some body fat. Total weight is less important. And of cause just feeling better in my body…

Using the U.S. Navy Method to determine BF% have me at 25.3% ,which seems about right. So the overall goal is to get down to about 14% body fat which is 10.8kg of fat.

Not sure I’ll reach that goal during the 3 months of JRD Max (about a 900 calorie daily deficit) but it the journey and not the destination, right.. Developing that mindset that sets you up to #DoTheThing 💪🏻

Come on dude’s and dudette’s lets hear your goals and help you archive them 🙏🏻 and remember we all start somewhere and wherever you are in your journey now its just fine.

So Monday morning 4:40AM alarm goes off 🚨 it’s up and out the dog walking the dog 🐶..

And all while walking the only thing in my head was ‘Don’t want to do this s#@t today’ so as a natural response did it anyway 😂

Gotta say tag calf’s did feel that 15 min only having that 10 sec breaks, but managed to get through 💪🏻

As you said yourself, in the day one workout, I kinda liked the crazy environment of the JRD90.. just underlined how versatile the workout program is 💪🏻 but for sure loving the upgrade on the audio 😁 just started so not much to report yet 🤙🏻
Joe!! 💪🏻 i know, you know it mate.. it’s not that you fell off, it’s how you get back 💪🏻

Seems like obstacles are found everywhere, board game night with wife and daughter and a good old trusty bowl of candies 🙈

‘Thankfully’ I can’t digest it, which makes it a little bit easier to say no, but god dame it’s tempting… 😬

So remember your goal(s) 🥅 and decide which is more important instant gratification or reaching that goal 💪🏻
