I think the best way to get over it is to change your mindset around it… Junk food is not a reward but a punishment (it derails you from your goal)…

Hi fam πŸ‘‹πŸ»

Woke up with pain in my lower back, and could barely tie my shoes 😫

Decided to skip jumping and just get some steps in.. currently 08:45 AM and I’m at 7.800 steps for the day πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Gotta do what we can, right πŸ’ͺ🏻

Have a great day all πŸ™πŸ»

Hi fam πŸ‘‹πŸ»

So before I got, back into jumping, I considered myself as a fairly good jumper.. then pause roughly 1 year 😰

Workouts are both shorter and less intense that before. And surely I know it’s gonna get better but my god, it’s hard not to push through πŸ˜‚

Another workout done βœ… zero motivation, a great pull towards the kitchen pots.. but nope we got it done..

Have a great day all πŸ™πŸ» and go #DoTheThing

The important thing is you got it done.. honestly I’m not that enthusiastic when the alarm goes off 04:50 AM 😴 but habit over motivation πŸ’ͺ🏻

The smile… that’s 100% because the workout is over at that point πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
