Solid workout today. During the rest periods of the pull/chin ups section, Dan talks about habit creation, which I love. It got me thinking about basic daily habits, and how we generally have them on autopilot. Perhaps we can bring ourselves to that point with workouts, and I’m sure a lot of you have! But I realized today that, for me, exercise will never be an “autopilot habit”. Mostly because I’ve got things that I’m much more passionate about, and would rather be doing during any free time I may have. Exercise has always, and I believe will always be something I have to actively choose each and every day, which I’m okay with! I think coming to these realizations in our lives makes things easier, and helps us understand why we do the things we do. I hope this helps even just one person feel better about the way things may or may not be in their life. And, kudos to those of you that made it all the way to the end. 😎 Feeling great today!

I had a list of things to do today, and none of them got done. I don’t even feel bad about it because my JRD time was prioritized and I did the thing! 😄 Day 4 is my most favourite with the double unders! Happy Thursday!

Todays workout had me feeling great! At the end of last week, I felt really bummed that I didn’t really get a whole lot of movement in, and didn’t do any workouts. But today during Dan’s motivational rants - as he calls them - I changed my thoughts and feelings towards last week, because IT WAS ONLY A WEEK! I got up and did the thing on Monday, have continued up to today, and plan on getting it the rest of the week too. It really is as simple as Dan lays it out to be, and I don’t know why our minds have to trick us into thinking that it’s a big, monumental thing. Keep on keepin’ on! ✌🏻

Hi again! Thank you all last week for the kind and encouraging words. ♥️ My movement was definitely lacking last week, but I showed up today and made it through Monday’s workout! Feeling fantastic, and am looking forward to getting back to some consistency. Happy Monday!
