Spun the rope as fast as I could today, and it did not disappoint. M3D2 of the heavy rope program is done, with only 3 days left of this entire program!

Today is the beginning of my last week in the heavy rope program, and I was determined to beat my numbers and make a personal best for this month… and I did! 1540/1600 skips with the 1 pounder is my all time best for this month! Felt fast and light today, and am so pumped for the gains I’ve made this past month. Excited to finish out this program with a bang! 💥

Always love Dan’s send off on M3D5 of the heavy rope workout. Today is my last day of week 3, which means only 5 more workouts until I’m done this program!

Made it to 1380/1500 1 lb skips, which means I’m up again from last week by 60 skips! Hoping to break into the 1400’s for the last week of workouts. Happy weekend! ⛅️

I needed that recovery day today. Whew! Feeling so much better afterwards. One more workout and I’m done the third week of month 3 in the heavy rope program!

Woohoo! Still breaking my numbers from last week with the 1 pounder! I made it to 1460/1600 1lb skips in M3D1 of the heavy rope program. Yay! Sweatin buckets and feeling great. Do the thing!!!

Got in an extra 50 skips with the 1 pounder compared to last weeks numbers. 1320/1500! Today marks the end of week 2 in month 3 of the heavy rope program. Looking forward to higher skip counts over the next week! Happy Monday dudes and dudettes!

Today was my second time around doing the jump rope + pushup ladder in the heavy rope program. Every time I start this one, and I get through the 1/4lb section, I think to myself that there’s absolutely no way I’m going to make it back down the ladder with the 1lb rope. I’m so pumped that I’ve surprised myself both times doing this workout, that I made it all the way down doing 100 skips in each 1lb set. This week I was only about 2 minutes behind Dan! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes! ⛅️
