Starting up my final week of month 2 in the heavy rope program. Didn’t beat last weeks numbers, but still pushed hard! Made it to 900/1000 1lb skips, and 410/500 2lb skips. Happy to say I did finish all 100 pushups though! Ready for day 2!

Finally finished week 3 of month 2 in the heavy rope program! I went into this one without a whole lot of energy, but I managed to come out the other side in a really good sweat. I kept up with everything except the 1lb set, completing 900/1000 skips. Didn’t quite beat last weeks numbers, but still got a heck of a workout in!

M2D4 of the heavy ropes is in the books! Excited about today because I actually kept up with Dan for basically the entire workout, outside of a couple sets here and there. One more day and I’m on to my last week of Month 2! 🤩

M2D1 of the heavy ropes always intimidates me, because I know there’s some 2lb action about to happen! 😅 However, that didn’t stop me from breaking more personal bests! Made it to 920/1000 1lb skips, and 420/500 of the 2lb skips. I’m drenched and loving it, but so ready for a rest. Hope everyone got to do the thing today! ☀️

M2D5 of the heavy rope program is done, which marks the half way point for month 2!

I also broke last weeks record for 1lb skips, from 885 to 935/1000 skips! Yay! 😃

Aahhh… recovery day felt awesome. 😌Some much needed stretching, and a bit of a sweat with some pushups. Plus, I got to be barefoot which makes me extra happy!

Stuck with knee pushups again - and probably will for a VERY long time - but I managed to finish all 100 this week! Went at a bit different pace than Dan, but still finished within the same time. Happy weekend!
