Hit the ground jumpin! Determined to finish out these last two weeks of JRD MAX strong! 💪🏻
After my week away from jumping, I was feeling kinda blah getting back to it. Then I weighed myself this morning just for curiosity’s sake, and I’ve lost 10 pounds! This was a huge motivator for me to get back into it today, and tighten up my eating habits again. I also remembered how amazing I felt during and after workouts, which also motivated me to pick up the ropes again today, and I’m SO HAPPY I DID!!! 🤩
Let’s get it done dudes and dudettes!

Hi everyone! Haven’t forgot about you guys! Kinda bummed I missed out on all of week 4 of the summer challenge, but life just kinda happened! The heat was getting to me more than I thought and I kind of burnt myself out. That on top of surprise company has left me feeling drained… but definitely gonna get back to JRD MAX soon! Hope everyone has been crushing it!

Summer Challenge W3D4 ✅
The heat is really getting to me. This workout took every single ounce of my being to get to the end! Let’s just say I was ready to tap out before I got started. But that’s what makes this victory that much more sweet! I made it to the end despite the physical anguish! 😅 I hope all you dudes and dudettes out there find your strength and push through. Summer Challenge W3D1 ✅
Happy Monday! 🤩
Dan really amping it up this week, with criss crosses AND 1/2lb double unders!
I was pleased that I could still do the criss crosses - it’s been a minute - and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could do double unders with the 1/2lb! 🤩 🤩 🤩 I can’t say as I’ve ever tried before, because I just assumed it was out of my reach!
Here’s to pushing ourselves and learning about ourselves in the process! 💪🏻
