Week 2 started strong. Week 1 has been great. Lots of sweat and interesting workouts. I can think of a few that were missing from the list but I'm happy with what I got.

I believe this tops my favorite (jrd max). I loved it. The heavy ropes gave me a good workout. The only cons were the stretch days, these could have been generic and overarching. No need to waste a whole day. I would have also liked a bit for 2 lb (not present at all in the last month). Definitely gonna redo it after the challenge (unless a new challenge pops up)

Day 1 done. It was a good exercise. Very fast paced. Didn't manage to change ropes in time and change the AMP. Looking forward to tomorrow

I saw that it is a paying "program". Does that apply also to jrd members?

It's been a great journey so far. I'm definitely repeating it after it's over.

Still here. Still doing the thing.

The last week of the program is amazing. Loving it. The Thursday stretch is kind of a buzz kill but I swapped it with some 3k jumps. I'm slowly but steadily losing keys. I'm hoping for good results by the end of this month (but I'll probably repeat the whole program to reach my goal).

Still here. Still strong. Loved m3w1d3 exercise.

JRD Community Dudette so, with the help of a good diet high in protein low in carbs, I saw about 5 kg down on my weight with an increase in muscle mass but also drop in body fat (about 2%).im hoping m3 will drop me below 85 kg and get me close to 80 kg
