2lb:6oz speed:2lb Crossrope jump rope alternating with various shoulder exercises.

50 minute + TEST (timed 200 skips w. 2lber to revisit)

Will do again :)

1lb:6oz:1lb Crossrope ropes with alternating TRX/core exercises (Pikes, climbers, tucks)

Repeat for 30mins.

I enjoy my 3lb, have the 4&5 Crossrope versions- but working up to them and getting solid base before I whip in those puppies!
