I agree with Jessica, that's a tough question. For me, the JRDB program is perfect, alternating cardio and strength training. Not to be ignored are some of the WOD exercises so it's hard, for me, to pick - Steve.

Helping to control my type II diabetes as well as a great combination of cardio and strength training are my incentives. I'm up to M3D2 of the JRDB program. I mix it up with other workouts, both jump rope and resistance band workouts - Steve.
