That's great Sean. For me, it's a lot more than jogging and I don't have time nowadays to do any road cycling or using my indoor trainer(boring).

Great studies Steve. Thanks.

Hopefully with some rest, stretching and massaging, you'll recover quickly.

You're not kidding. My legs are still hurting after two days. Feels like my old road cycling days when pushed too hard after a long (vacation) layoff. That 1lb. rope was a challenge. Can't imagine what the 2lb. rope will feel like.

I agree. I just did Swole Samurai W2D2 in the kitchen using ropeless jump rope. It's 17 degrees outside and no way was I going to workout outdoors today. Plus I wanted to get a little exercise in before the Christmas festivities later.

Just did Swole W2D1. Tough doing 100 push-ups. Make sure you take the one minute rest periods in between each set of push-ups, I didn't, I was in a rush and took less rest. My son who is a personal trainer said your body needs that 1 min. rest period to recover and let your muscles grow. Instead of pull ups I did lat pulldowns (door anchor with resistance band).

Great job Lindsay. I just completed W1 of the Swole Samurai program. I intersperse jump rope workouts (JRWO) with resistance bands workouts (RBWO). Now, onto to Week2 or mix it up with some of the daily ones that are offered. Today I did the Best 20 Minute Beginner Jump Rope Workout (Lots Of Breaks).

Great job Doug. I live in Queens and feel your cold. I used to ride bike in Central Park (when I worked in the city) up until the 25 degree mark. That was cold and many years ago. Now, I've been working on the Swole Samurai program.
