I’m only 3 days in feels like I’m doing the workout with Dan .. not robo cop lol

hey guys just finished shredded ninja last week , was somewhat of a let down after doing jrd90 ( which i really enjoyed ) i thinks its the generic videos as opposed to one of you guys talking thru out a video i seem to enjoy , plus the workouts just arent as interesting as the previous program . I have just started jrdmax and love having you guys talking thru out already ..cheers guys

I did jrd90 to help with my calves mainly so I can keep playing basketball..has been awesome ..probably just want more of tge same

im a 530am start guy,,just a simple warm up moving then onto the 60sec warm up jrd90 and into it..some mornings are good some not so..just try my best to push thru..

hey Steve ,

thank you for this , already tried the tibialis stretch that seems like a winner so thank you.. i will try mix up my bounce a bit more ( those ladder days are killers!) pinning i think you mean acupunture? and also what do you mean being intentional exactly? and yes my calves are an issue , one of the main reasons i took up skipping was to help with sore tight calves and build resistance in them for bball..
