Carl you aren't any different than most beginners. I could only do 5 to 10 seconds at first too. For a long time in fact. Now I can sometimes make a whole minute.  You will improve I promise. And yes you will be sore 😁 and it is definitely  worth it. I take Acetyl L-Carnitine supplements to help with soreness. 

You've already done more than what most people are willing to do. Keep going.

Stefan I'm so sorry to hear that. I know it is disappointing but you need to heal and get pain free. Have you tried going gluten free?

We are excited for the dumbbell workouts. I like using the heavy ropes too. Would love to see a workout program using those as well.
