Carl you aren't any different than most beginners. I could only do 5 to 10 seconds at first too. For a long time in fact. Now I can sometimes make a whole minute.Β You will improve I promise. And yes you will be sore π and it is definitelyΒ worth it. I take Acetyl L-Carnitine supplements to help with soreness.Β
