Hi Sara welcome! Like Joe said you don't need to get fancy if you don't want to; just keep it basic. It is fun to learn new tricks just remember it's not necessary. I am so happy that you have decided to make changes at an early age. It will be easier for you and you will have a lot longer time to enjoy the benefits. And what a great example for your children.

Congratulations on finding your way here. This is a great support group. We are here to answer any questions and support you on your journey.

Thanksgiving is specifically a US holiday, so happy Thanksgiving to all of you. But we can all have a thankful heart. I am so thankful for Dan. For his hard work in developing JRD. And for this community and all of you. Have a great day.

It was easier for me to be consistent when I did not work outside the home. I've been working full time for just almost two years now and I am finding  it very hard to be consistent. "One workout at a time". Thank you Joe.

Aletta Armee I haven't looked at the Max yet. I might try that one too.

Thanks Joe. I really hurt it close to a year ago. It did take a long time to get better but it has never gotten 100%. And everytime I think I'm ready to realky move on it sets me back. I'm not very patient.

I tweaked my shoulder again a few weeks ago. I am back to doing wall push ups. And I was doing so good😖🙂. One thing I really appreciate about this community is this. You guys aren't afraid to post your ups and downs in your fitness journey. So this time I understand that it is OK to have a set back. I just work around it or deal with it for a while then come back and keep doing the thing. It's what you do over the long term that matters most. See, I'm learning😁

I've been rather inconsistent the last two weeks. Back on it today with w4d1 plyo. I can get 45 secs before having to stop. Grrr... I knew it was going to be tough,😖🥴🙂

That sounds wonderful. I did a hike Saturday in the Ozark mountains. Climbed to the top of a not too tall ridge. It was beautiful. Felt like I had accomplished something.
