I really like the 4 week program format. It feels very doable for me. I'm on W3 D2 and I feel like I am actually going to accomplish something and see success. Just a bit slower than most. But I'm finally good with that🙂

Ah, I was doing regular squats in place of lunges. I'll try jump squats next time. My knees can't take lunges at all.😬
