I think it's a full program for those who can. But if you can't (like me at first) and to prevent injury start small. Also, it says beginner, but if you do five circuits it's not so beginnery 😁. I still only jump every other day because of an injury, and because I'm older etc🙂. It just takes me longer to get through a program.

Definitely the Get Lean set. The bells and whistles are nice but necessary. IMHO 🙂
