Gilad, I am learning that if you are taking it serious, there is no wrong way to do this. Beginning to jump can be such a challenge. I had a huge learning curve before I started liking it.Β
It is always OK to modify if you need to. If you can't jump for 30 seconds then jump for 5 or 10, stop and rest, then hop back in. If you were in a class you would do what you could, stop when you needed as the class continued and then jump back in when you could. Same here.Β
For me, I find it frustrating to do the same day over and over but it might work well for you. Or you could just move on doing what you can and then repeat the challenge again.
