When I lost the most weight I was tracking my calories using myfitnesspal. I found it to be a very helpful tool at that point. It might be something that would help you too. There are other apps as well but maybe try one and see what happens.

You're  probably right Douglas. But I have to do something!  I really like the beginner workouts for some reason. I just did 3 consecutive days and am resting today. We'll see what happens.

I don't know if I'm struggling with consistency or just haven't found my niche yet. But I think Ninja may be too much for me yet (or maybe I'm a wimp😬) My shins still hurt after a workout and I can't do the longer jump times on consecutive days. I think I would rather set a goal of consecutive days than longer jumps right now. And may just have to tough it out with my shins. So I'm going back to the beginner workouts and doing the extra sets for the advanced. Mentally I will treat it like a WOD. It feels a little like failure. 

But I still glistened 😀!

 Maybe someday I'll grow up to be big like you guys😉
