Yes! Less than 30 secs is tough for me. But for some reason I love using them on occasion🙂

How to handle the big ropes

Is there a trick or technique to using the heavy ropes and handles? I have small hands and wrists. When I use the heavy ropes I can't swing them with my wrists I have to use my arms. Is this correct?
