I didn't mess up as much as last week, so I take that as a win. I mostly just did regular bounce with some boxer step, though. I can't do single leg just yet...well, I CAN with my LEFT foot, but my right foot (that I broke last Summer and has only recently healed) said, "Nope. We're not doing that." It was the same when I tried "running" in the very last 1 min set - my right right foot gave a very definitive veto on that one! I'll get there, though, and I still did the thing! 👊

Like you said, things happen!  So, it will just be T-S for you this week.  No biggie! ;)

I'm not a doctor or PT, but based on my own personal experience, if they are no longer hurting, you should be able to jump regularly (but NOT extra just yet).

DEFINITELY keep doing the tib raises, though.  It's the only thing I've tried that has kept the shin splints away.  I make sure I do them and some calf raises.  My shin splints were SUPER painful and I do not want to ever experience that again!  (I'm sure you don't, either!)

The shin splints aren't getting any better?

Mine came on Saturday. I got lemon flavor, as I am not a huge fan of fruit punch in general, but I should have gotten 2 of fruit punch and 2 of the lemon because the lemon tastes an awful lot like TheraFlu. I'm sure I'll get used to it and it's certainly not the worst tasting thing I've experienced, but I can't say I'm loving it. 😂

Oh goodness!  Definitely listen to your body!

When I was doing JRD90, I had a slowly healing torn rotator cuff - I was able to do pushups within reason, but I absolutely could NOT do pullups or chinups.  So, I looked for alternatives - in my case, I did single arm rows with dumbells.  I still got a good workout without further damaging my shoulder or impeding its healing.  Maybe you could find something like that - an safe alternative exercise - for your pec muscle?

DONE! Today was a really rough day and I was temped to not workout, but I overcame that. The max pushups I did was 7, but I averaged 5. I pushed hard, though, and did the thing! 👊

It would definitely be a good idea to have some kind of mat.  The concrete will wear down your ropes (which, as you know, are not cheap).  I jump in my garage, too.  Until I had the money to get an actual jump rope mat, I just got a workout mat that was close.  You can find some on Amazon that are pretty affordable.
