Well done!  It's a great feeling, isn't it?  I remember how I felt when I finished JRD90.  It was an amazing feeling!  Great job for sticking with it to the end!  You should be proud of yourself!

Thanks for the support, guys!  If it had been just rain, it would have been no issue...but it was LIGHTENING and that just was not safe.  One day, I'll have a house where I have a space to workout INSIDE of it and this kind of thing won't be an issue. ;)

Soooo.....it is currently really storming with thunder and lightening here, so my Day 4 is being pushed to tomorrow. I jump in an old beat up deatched garage that is not the safest place to be in this kind of weather, so I had to delay today's workout. I know Dan prefers five days in a row, M-F, but it's going to have to be Day 4 on Friday and Day 5 on Saturday for me. 😬

Well done!  I'll be doing Day 4 after work today.  I'm the reverse of you - today is a 12 hour day for me and I'll be doing it after.  Something to look forward to? ;)

I don't generally workout before work because I already have to be at my job really early in the morning.  After work actually works better for me.

Today, was a bit better than yesterday, but still had some frustrating tripping. I also did the fast skip without my rope, as I still have a lot of rust to shake off until I'm back to being able to do all the skips again. But, I did my imperfect thing and I will keep doing it until it becomes less imperfect. 👊
