I did the whole DB program and I enjoyed it very much. I come back to some of the sessions now and then for my daily JR routine. My arms got super toned and I gained muscle for sure. Mid-program or so, I had to get a new set of DB because those that I started with became too easy πŸ˜‚

The big game changer with this program is that I noticed that I could gain muscle and not "just" get lean. In fact, since then, I have been lifting weights at the gym (never dared to do that before!) and I am loving it! But skipping rope is still my favourite workout, no question about it πŸ˜‰
