I will be doing the Dumbbell program, again! It's not only one of my favorites but also it gives you so much room for improvement by increasing the weight of DB and/or ropes. It's just fun to play around & experiment. Looking forward! πŸ’―

Exactly the same for me! Plus push ups. I couldn't do a single one. Not a problem anymore πŸ˜‰

I use the 1/2lb all the time, but recently I started doing every other set with the 1lb. Now it feels quite ok and I thought I just wanted to use it more often ☺️
