This is a great workout! I'm very much looking forward to going through the whole programme. As an extra challenge I'm using my favorite 1/2LB rope and swapping to the 1LB during the middle sets. Today it worked out beautifully, let's see if I can keep up πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Thank You Ester 😊 To build up consistency, I would recommend JRD90. Every week is different, and there's a good progression throughout. JRD Max is the best program, in my opinion, but I think it can be a bit challenging because the mindset is to push your own limits. If you haven't done neither of these, start with the 90 and do the MAX program afterwards. You will be at a better level in terms of consistency & mindset, and will benefit much more from the MAX program then. Good luck πŸ™Œ

I like the HIIT workouts, but I love long sets with the rope (2 minutes and up). It's only then that I get into a true flow state. Just flowing, it's a wonderful feeling.

What should we have in terms of dumbbells? I'm ready with the lean & heavy rope sets, but have zero dumbbells 😏

Yes! I like this one too! I really enjoyed the last days of the MAX programme with longer jump rope periods. It's a great challenge to get flowing while jumping longer.
