Checking in for the Summer shredder challenge! Kicking it off with the 1/2 lb crossrope. I suggest a slight modification for the leg raises for a much needed back support: just place your hands (palms down) under your buttocks πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ The ab crunches πŸ₯΅

Today I finished Sleigh the Scale βœ…πŸ‘ Congratulations to everyone who did (and will do) the thing!
I think I can say JRD has changed the way I approach workouts. I now skip rope consistently everyday, and I bring my 1/2lb everywhere I travel. I feel really weird (even sad) if I don't do the thing. I started in 2020 and have done all JRD premium programs, but this year was definitely the best: signed up for this app, did the MAX program, lost 10kgs, and the most incredible thing is that now I can do 10 pushups in a row. It took me ages to be able to do 1, but now... πŸ˜‚ Thank you πŸ™and very best wishes for 2024! πŸ’ͺ

Just finished the Max programme with my favorite rope of all time (1/2Lb w/ heavy handles)! Feeling a lot more agile, lighter and balanced on my feet. I can also do more than zero pushups now ☺️
What should I go for next? I'm thinking about the Power Plyo Jump.. what do you suggest? πŸ€”
