This one goes straight into my favorite list! I'm ok with the rest periods, it allows me to use an heavier weight and be more intense each set. 🐝

Don't have the Amp and just followed along. Did my max with the 1/2lb, and I think it worked out pretty well! Feeling great now 😊 Thanks for another ace session πŸ’ƒ

Same here! Month 1: βœ…

The pushups are the most challenging for me, but today I managed to do 60 (not 100!), which I find quite unbelievable since that until some months ago I could hardly do 1. Heavy ropes πŸ’―πŸ™Œ

Looking forward to start with month 2 on Monday ⏱️

I've select a few exercises that work best for my needs and added to my routine. It helps a lot!
