This one goes straight into my favorite list! I'm ok with the rest periods, it allows me to use an heavier weight and be more intense each set. π

Very engaging session. I feel that the diversity and change of pace keeps me on my toes and allows to challenge myself on each rep. I will definitely return to this workout, after finishing the DB program! Thanks JRD nation π₯
