W1 D5 🀍 It's hard to believe that the 1st time I did this program I could not do a push-up. Instead I planked and planked. Now, I can follow and do 10 push ups each time πŸ₯Ή Consistency (and persistence) pays off! Love my ropes πŸ₯°

W1 D2 Completed! Feels great to go through this program again. Leveling up with heavier ropes. Go big or go home! πŸ’₯πŸ˜‰

Happy skipping everybody! πŸ’ͺ

Checking in for the Summer shredder challenge! Kicking it off with the 1/2 lb crossrope. I suggest a slight modification for the leg raises for a much needed back support: just place your hands (palms down) under your buttocks πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ The ab crunches πŸ₯΅

1. I signed up because I have done all previous JR programs and I have enjoyed all of them.

2. The biggest thing I got out from the DB program was muscle mass gains. πŸ’―! I noticed big changes right away. Now, I'm hooked, and I am doing it all over again, with heavier DB and swapping btw 1/2 and 1lb. The 1st time I did the program I used the 1/2 exclusively, which I totally recommend!

This year I am challenging myself to JR every single day, even if just for a 10 minutes session. I have been doing it since January 1st and I noticed that it really helps me stay on track because instead of depending on motivation, JR is now a habit, just like brushing my teeth!

I have enjoyed all programs, and I am going through the DB program a 2nd time. I really like the balance btw JR and weights! But, I love the workouts I can do anywhere, mixing JR and body weight exercises, like https://www.jumpropedudes.tv/programs/jumpdumbbell?permalink=db-program-m3d2 (which is similar to some from JRMax or from the Plyo program). I think these are so much fun!

It's a tough one, but you get that nice feeling of accomplishment in the end πŸ’ͺ
