Yes, I was behind, caught up. Finished W4D5 today. Had some double days.

Had a super slow 10 mile run early this morning. Will continue running, TRX, Bellicon Rebounder and Doing The Thing.

No what? I like the 30 day programs. Have a wonderful weekend

DAY 1 DONE! Going to catch up the days I missed. 30 Days Calisthenics, I'm back! Going to do this workout hoping each morning. I'll schedule my easy shorts runs later in the day. I look forward to day 2 tomorrow. Good to be back
