M2W4D2 Showing up Doing The Thing..I can see good improvement, taking no extra breaks and picking up the pace, having Dan push me to do the best I can. I'm dripping a good sweat.

Earlier this morning I went for a nice 9k easy run. I signed up for a 50k run in June.

Thinking of a program that might interest the JRD community, how about a stretching routine? I know I'd like to do more stretching within my daily exersizes.
Looking forward to our next week Jump Rope Dumb Bell routine, after next week we will be going into month 3. Doing The Thing

Yes very proud of myself, fantastic program. It would be very easy to not do the workouts but no benifit to that,we are Doing The Thing Aletta! Never ending our search for health.

3rd week of the 4000 skips! 1st week 44:45..2nd week 35:53...3rd week 35:02..My favorite workout...had a good WU 30 min on my Bellicon Rebounder.

M2W2D4 Yes 4000 skips done. 35:53! Last week this 4000 skip workout took me 44:45. Love this workout. I'll stick to this plan and add some sprinting towards the end.

The Jump Rope Dudes programs are forever adding exciting workouts. Last year I was doing the 7 Day Beginner program and happy to finish. My 1st month long completion was Sleigh The Scale. Now into month 2 of JR +DB..Yes very excited to be along with this ride. Now for a cool down on my Bellicon rebounder
