They are okayyy. Don’t really get the same level of workout as the real thing but a decent alternative. Wouldn’t make that my go to though

I call these my no excuse ropes 😅. I needed these so I had no reason to not do the thing! Went out for a bday yesterday and just didn’t feel like going to the park to get the last day of M2 done. But because of these I had no excuse and just got it done. I think by now it’s a habit which is good. Really determined to finish this program. M3 here I come! Have a great weekend guys! 🫡💪🏿

Hey guys ain’t checked in with you lot for a bit. How’s everyone doing and progressing? Had a week off last week felt a little niggle in my knee and didn’t want to aggravate it. But I’m back this week, knee feels better and just completed M2W2D3.

Hey, I select skipping for the cardio days and crosstraining on the body weight exercise days. Could probably do HIIT workout as well. Hope this helps
