It is 😀

Shameaka B I don't think this is the right one. You don't set your front foot to the back. You keep it in front and hops from one feet to the other, front to back.

😂 That surtenly doesn't. It's not an easy step to do, because it feels like you aren't jumping or can't jumping 🤔

That's great. So you will reach your goal fast. Spoiler is that it is mostly water 🫣 in the first weeks, but stay consistent and the fatburn will fire up as well 💪

I have looked for you. But couldn't find it. If I have looked at it correctly I think you have to move your weight from the front leg to the back leg vice versa. Half way you change the front leg. Hope this helps.

I think it is all about the intensity you can recover from. If you do a walk every day is no problem. If you do a marathon every day it probably is to intens. I think you have to balance your workouts. Strenght is less stress for the body than high intensity. When I did the Dumbell program I also thought I could do an extra day. I would consider to add stretching/ mobility days and try to walk daily. The benefits are hughe and don't stress the body more. But if you can do a sixth day you can try it out. For me it didn't work, but for you it might.
