Looking forward to this boost in the community. I skip this challenge and start week 3 of the Power Calisthenics tomorrow. But still have the same goals. Staying consistent, loosing fat and gaining mustle πŸ’ͺ All the best to everyone #dothething

Know the feeling. Also had to stop for a week. Yesterday it didn't feel right. But today I could do the workout. I'll do one of the cardio sessions from week two tomorrow. Thuesday I take a rest day and start week three on Wednesday again. Hope you can join me again and feel better soon. Take care.

Most of the times I don't gain weight on vacation. My activities are much higher, especially more walking while sightseeing or hiking in the forest πŸ’ͺ also a great city with incline is Edinburg. We walked 26 km in one day πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Jessica Huntington No I didn't πŸ₯΄ I did wear my sports clothes, but didn't came further than the warmup and foamrolling. I also skip today and see what tomorrow brings. I had my corona vaccin yesterday so that's also in my system now.

A few days rest is no problem. We will get to it again after a good rest. I like the new program also, but it is much harder than one of the others. Hope it's not to hard for the challenge next month.
