Great your back at it 💪 Form is not the issue. Staying consistent is going to help you to get in the flow. When I started it wasn't all in. Don't forget to take your resting days, also important to stay at it.

I was also thinking that it would be the same intensity as the Power Plyo, but this first one was a little bit harder than expected 😜

Nice one. I just stopped for three months and missed it so much. I am jumping for two months in a row again and my endurance is climbing. You have a few pain struggles but after the first month you will be back in the game 😁

Jessica Huntington you're right it was very challenging. It was also my first day of the new program. Because of the time difference it looks a day early, but it is September the second 🤣
