Jocelyn Ulevicus Het was lekker 😜

David Chung That was part of the modification 😂🤣 I don't do double unders. I choose to do something else instead. I stick to the plank and leg raises. Also added the ab crunches again, instead of the jumping jacks. Less jumping and I was ok at the end 🤗. These workouts with short rest times are to high intensity for me. The 20 and 30 sec interval I can.

I didn't jump for three months so have to get used to the jumping again.

How are you doing?

My first week went ok. I had to use the rest days in between. Two workouts, rest day, two workouts. The high intensity is a challenge for me. I do need more time to rest, what's not possible in this challenge 🤔 Hope this will improve in the next week. The 1 minute intervals are also a challenge. My body is programmed for 30seconds 😂😉

I have a question. How come that I can't handle the high intensity and need more rest time (rest days) to get through? Is it that I am in menopause or is it my condition? The Dumbell workout is a better fit for me right now.

Joe De Luca I do, thanks for the advice though. In the morning I drink a lot. At work I have a big bottle of water with me. In the weekends I forget it some times 🥴

Jared Kilgore It's truth that VO2max increase. Mine went up 6 (32 to 38) in the past 6 months jumping rope 👍

Good thing Jeff, enjoy your journey. I lost my dog also 4 years ago and still miss him. The daily walks were the workouts and when you don't have them anymore...But we are on the right path now.
