I had the flew 5 weeks ago. This is my first week back in excersises. Still didn't go for jumprope, because my stamina is bad 😞 walking and strength training are going ok now. You will be better soon.

Ollie M. Thanks 🤗 You can see the episode on internet, but it is in Dutch. Unfortunately you can only see me at the end of the show in the audience. Kijknaar.TV is the broadcaster. Search for : Gezonken Meesters.

It's one my to do list, but not at the top 😜 Have to get in the routine again 🤞 Well done with your first week 💪

Thanks. Yes I have to start slow. My workdays are very demanding so there are not much days left to workout, but I will try 😉

Hey Joseph DeMarco welcome 🤗 It depends how fit you are. If you just started, you need to take it easy. Let your body getting used to jumping rope. Start with 5 minutes the other day and gradually increase te time. Jump 20 sec in a row and take 30 sec break. Next week 30 sec jump with 20 sec rest. Feel how the body reacts on jumping. Do a good warm-up before jumping and a cool down afterwards. Combine the workout with other excersises, to lengthen. At the days in between you can do some mobility, foam rolling and walking to keep the muscles loose. It took me a half year before I was able to do one of the program's of JRD 5 days in a row 😜
